New Programming For 2023
A personal trainer is such a valuable resource for keeping you on your toes when it comes to the quality and intensity of the one to one session. At worst, the trainer, by just being present, will increase your adherence to a programme just by counting reps. At best, the trainer will provide motivational support through the session, nutritional guidance pre and post session, programming to follow outside of the sessions, and of course count those reps when your are one to one.
Programming is essential to any new athlete, whether they are actively involved in the content of that programme or not.
