I have an injury i’ve been struggling with?

No problem. My experience has taught me how to programme around injuries and strengthen the areas that need it in order to prevent further damage. If the injury is out of my remit, I will refer you onto a trusted clinician.

I cannot commit to every week?

In an ideal world, we would all train consistently. This is how we attain the best levels of progression. But our training is personal, and that means establishing a routine you can maintain.
