New Programming For 2023

A personal trainer is such a valuable resource for keeping you on your toes when it comes to the quality and intensity of the one to one session. At worst, the trainer, by just being present, will increase your adherence to a programme just by counting reps. At best, the trainer will provide motivational support through the session, nutritional guidance pre and post session, programming to follow outside of the sessions, and of course count those reps when your are one to one.

Programming is essential to any new athlete, whether they are actively involved in the content of that programme or not.

At Konradt fitness, Colchester we have been working hard to develop a new batch of personal training programmes ready for Jan 2023, these are going to rock your training world…

Strength Basic

This protocol aims to introduce and develop the Beginner athlete into a Novice or Intermediate. You will learn key movement patterns and how to engage the core properly in order to become an efficient strength athlete.

No experience necessary

Min 1 session per week in studio

Strength Plus

This protocol is designed to make you stronger than you are right now. With its focus on the ‘3 big lifts’, you will be provided with assistance exercises to help develop the stability in the Bench, Squat and Deadlift.

The programming is for a minimum of 6 weeks with an ideal period of 8. The 8 week Mesocycle is divided into 8 microcycles. Ensuring you hit the full rep range at the required intensity.

At least 6 months training experience recommended.

Cardio

This protocol will supercharge your cardio output. Whether you are looking to improve your run time or perform better during WODs this programme is designed to make you more powerful, for a more sustained length of time.

Mobility

This protocol is designed to create smoother movement and a less aches and pains. Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance, or just achieve less aches and pains in daily life. This programme is for you.

Weight loss

This protocol is designed to strip the weight off. With full nutritional support and education provided we will bust the weight loss myths and offer a new framework to construct your eating habits.

An exercise routine is provided on the preferences of the individual. So whether you like lifting weights or HIIT training, this programme is right for you.
