Fitness is a very general term which means very different things for different people. It encompasses elements of strength training, cardiovascular training and mobility. But I use it here to denote the ability to hit a desired intensity of exercise, and push that intensity for a set period of time. If you are looking to ‘get fitter’ and like a variety of exercise formats, I can offer you a programme to progress to where you want to be.
