At Konradt Fitness I strive to educate and empower my clients to hit their goals. Sometimes this involves the pure motivation to exercise. Sometimes we have to delve a little deeper in order to establish what psychological barriers may be acting as an obstacle to take that first step. Other times there is just a sheer lack of knowledge when it comes to adhering to and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

This blog will attempt to provide the knowledge that my clients and everyone needs in order to sort the gold from the bullshit information. In a world saturated by social media clickbait and quick fix strategies, I will aim to lift the veil on the nonsensical advice and provide the best possible solution to your problem.
