Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats

Breakfast is a controversial meal. Is it really as important as people say it is? Carbs or Protein dominant? Is eating horrific sugar cereal better than no breakfast at all?

I’m not going to answer all these questions today, but I am going to provide a super easy breakfast option guaranteed to please the most fussy eater.

One thing I know from training my clients for almost 10 years. People who eat breakfast, are more likely to make better nutritional choices later on in the day. So more consistent breakfast = better overall diet landscape.

Below is another dish from my November recipe packs that I support my clients with on a monthly basis….. Enjoy
